Mindy Rumbo Audiology Resident

Mindy Rumbo is currently an audiology extern, working toward her Doctor of Audiology degree at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as part of the Class of 2025. Originally from Bakersfield, California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Educational Studies from the University of La Verne in 2020, which sparked a desire to pursue a career in audiology—where she could combine her passion for helping others with an interest in the sciences.

Now in her externship, she is gaining hands-on experience in the field of audiology, learning to assess and treat hearing and balance disorders. Mindy is excited about the opportunity to make a positive impact in her community and looks forward to contributing to the field as she completes her doctoral studies.
